new branch for migration

[arhimede]

1. create a new branch , called archive
2. this branch will be deployed live on the server when we will switch
3. Files which will be in this new branch
   - index.php with redirects
   - 301 for the 4 existing pages to their corresponding fragments
   - 410 for all assets
   - catch all to https://www.dotkernel.com/api/
4. no need of /public folder , everything will be in the root of the vhost
