Organization tokens - automatically remove deleted repositories #913

Description

@extravio

Tell us about your request
We recently had an issue with Organization tokens. A token was still linked to a deleted repository, preventing any update to the token. After contacting the support, we realized that was the issue and deleted the permission on the missing repository. It would make sense to automatically remove any permission on organization tokens when a repository is deleted.
