3. No caching mechanism: Frequent database queries without caching slows response times
4. No request validation middleware: Input validation is duplicated across routes

Logic Issues

1. Due date validation issue: The Task model requires due dates to be in the future, which will break task updating after creation
2. Incomplete error handling: Many endpoints don't provide specific error messages, making debugging difficult
3. Task update authorization bug: Task update logic checks if the user is the assignee but doesn't check for the creator's permission
4. No audit trail: Changes to tasks aren't logged, making it difficult to track who made which changes
