Bug: Hover area after filtering

Based on a bug found previously by @gadomski

Reproduction steps:

1. Apply any filter
2. Hover over the contributors, notice it works properly
3. Remove that filter to show all organizations and all contributors again
4. Hover over the contributor nodes and nothing happens
5. Hover around the contributor nodes to find the actual landing zone for the hover action

Something is happening when going in and out of filters that is messing with the landing zone for the hover and click actions. It seems to be siloed to contributor nodes, as the org/repo nodes seem to work as intended.
