This project is aimed to be able to integrate with existing online medical portals in order to track concussion recovery.
It works by using PayFone's sim card based authentication api in order to garentee secure log in to the site then testing reaction speed to measure recovery.
A base line reaction time reading must be taken at an anual physical to be able to accurely measure recovery.
