Dropped support for Postgres 9

Description
When a database is clicked, the error
ailed to get tree items: relation 'pg_publication' does not exist

To Reproduce

1. Connect to a Postgresql database
2. test the connection
3. save the connection
4. try to open a database

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS
• Editor: Cursor / VS Code
• Version: from 1.0.0 (maybe before: version 0.8.8 works well)

@massimoImpulso this is fixed on #79. Release v1.2.4 or v1.3.6-nightly. Thanks for the suggestion.
