Enable macro for output schema in Database Source plugin

Enable the macro output format for the Database Source plugin in CDAP and Google Cloud Data Fusion.

This feature exist in other source plugins, like File or GCS source plugins, but it's not evailable in the Database source.

With these feature will be possible to create reusable pipelines for Database sources, as well it's possible in other source types.
