Place floating window under the cursor

Just like diodon, always appears near the cursor, even if it runs on tiling wm.

FYI I'm running on riverwm.

I actually already tried to do this, but couldn’t get it working. I’m on Hyprland, and using the GTK functions didn’t work. If you’ve got any suggestions that’ll work, I’ll happily add them!

I'm not a developer so I don't know. Maybe you can ask the diodon developer directly, you both use gtk3.
