No sound, microphone not working

Bug description

There is no sound for notifications, no sound when playing videos, no sound when recording audio, but there is sound when dialing and when connecting via Bluetooth.

Steps to reproduce

I'm using the Chinese version of the Redmi Note 11 5G.
