Simplify handling of temporary HINs

We should add functions that simplify handling of HINs with temporary attributes. This can provide tengible value as handling time attributes in iGraph and networkX can become difficult.

Needed enhancements for temporary graph handling:

• mark graph as temporary if it contains temporary attribute
• add query functions (simplify getting subset with date filter)
