Kata 1. and 2. seem to be identical, although there are some reported discrepancies in performance requirements between languages. I have no good idea how to handle different ranks, but maybe we could do something like this:

• Keep 1. as more complete and retire 2. as a duplicate even if it is somewhat older. Maybe as the next move, harden 1. to allow only O(1) solutions to make the 6 kyu rank more suitable.
• Keep 3. as a 7 kyu variant, which maybe could be considered different enough due to a different output. Ensure it allows O(n^2) solutions.
