USB and select "Adafruit TinyUSB" --> NOT SHOWN after all steps

Step 5: Select TinyUSB In Arduino IDE, go to Tools > USB and select "Adafruit TinyUSB" --> arduino ide is not showing me this option. I know how complicated is stm32 compared atmega, but doy know what may caused the issue? I was not able to inall 3.7.4 USB tiny library, so i must did it manualy. May it be the cause? If so what was the cause? Thanx for any suggestion or even help.
