Integrate CF tutorials into the Docs WG

With the approval and merge of #1364 and the first step of this effort is completed. We now have the desired repositories in the cloudfoundry org 🎉. We’re ready to execute the migration of the repositories, but we’ll need someone with admin access to both cloudfoundry-tutorials and the cloudfoundry org. The migration steps are:

• Remove the created repositories in the cloudfoundry org.
• Move the existing repositories from the cloudfoundry-tutorials org to the cloudfoundry org.
