I think the paragraph about the mission is a bit too vague:
Beginning today, we will dedicate ourselves to this mission. We will work on projects with true meaning, that make the future a better place to be, rather than creating illusory short-term value.
Not sure if true meaning is definitive enough, maybe it could be made more concrete by advocating some concrete approaches like Triple bottom line, Social enterprise, etc? These are just examples though, the best would be if there was something which is more focused on the web.
