A way to package up bug creations

This would be for making it easier to reproduce bugs in CircuitPython. I think it would involve making a zip of the following:

• Current Code
• Console Output with Error Message
• CP Version
• Relevant files maybe

These would be a good start! We can refine it as we start using it.

Not sure if it's possible, but another nice thing would be to go to the CircuitPython bug creation screen, fill in details, and attach the zip. That would probably be more of a phase 2 type of thing.
