While working on issue #1366, AnalyserModel::areEquivalentVariables() got optimised quite a bit and... no doubt that other parts of libCellML could be optimised too, resulting in a (much) faster libCellML. So, this issue about improving the overall speed and memory usage of libCellML, NOT about adding/fixing features.
