Annotated unlabeled code block as `shell` in CONTRIBUTING.md (vcpkg example) to satisfy markdownlint.
Add GCC 16 to CI matrix (versions ["15"]→["16"], ["14","13"]→["15","14","13"]) and bump README supported platforms row to GCC 16-13.
