Add support in automated code generation command (ocli gen cli) to produce Click CLI applications directly from an OpenCLI specification document.

Details

Adding support for Click would add support for a popular language (python) and for its most popular CLI framework. This would make the OpenCLI Spec ecosystem more robust and possibly drive usage.
