Stub file not found for "soundfile"

Pyright reports error: Stub file not found for "soundfile" (reportMissingTypeStubs) when using this config:

@bastibe I would like to contribute to the creation of a stub file. However, type annotations were provided in python 3.5 and later (the easier way to write them is 3.6 and later), so we are discontinuing support for earlier versions of python. Also, I would like to write type annotations directly in the source files, preferably not in stub files.

I'm fine with raising Python requirements to the latest officially supported version of Python, i.e. 3.9

@bastibe I don't know why I didn't find your repo until today, but at least I finally found it.

I already had a fully typed stub file here. But y'all have added some inline types, your target Python version is 3.9, while my stub has syntax for >=3.10.

I am whipping up a PR with inline types.

This repo seems to have type hints now, but still no py.typed file, which means type checkers treat it as untyped.
