From 8215a0e57b0aa4e6e116ff538ef5aa03b3c3d0f2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Rob Zolkos Date: Mon, 5 Oct 2026 21:22:10 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] Keep release.sh's DRY_RUN out of the release checks make release hands scripts/release.sh DRY_RUN=false, and release.sh ran make release-check with it still exported. test-sync-skills reads a DRY_RUN of its own and accepts only unset, local or remote, so every make release failed its checks before tagging. Run the checks without it. --- scripts/release.sh | 5 ++++- 1 file changed, 4 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/scripts/release.sh b/scripts/release.sh index ae1a54829..a8096945f 100755 --- a/scripts/release.sh +++ b/scripts/release.sh @@ -78,7 +78,10 @@ fi # --- Run pre-flight checks --- info "Running release checks" -make release-check +# DRY_RUN is this script's (true/false); the skill-sync tests read a DRY_RUN +# of their own (unset, local or remote) and refuse "false".
