Description of the need
It took me a while to figure out how to get an icon into what I was programming (I didn't know about the icon() function). I think developers new to Backdrop (like me) would expect to click the icon to get a dialog showing how to actually use it. This is how https://phosphoricons.com/, Font Awesome, Box Icons, etc., all work.
Proposed solution
Similar to what is already on Phosphoricons.com, I think it would be nice to be able to click an icon, and you get a simple dialog showing how to use it in your code, with perhaps an optional link to the Backdrop documentation page on icon use.

Alternatives that have been considered
As an alternative, probably easier option, simply have text at the top of the page explaining how to use the icons in code, or, have a link to the Backdrop icons documentation page.
Draft of feature description for Press Release (1 paragraph at most)
Backdrop's Icon Browser now shows more information for developers when selecting an icon.
