Is there any way to figure out why the throughput is low

I'm using crt client in aws sdk version 11.352. And I'm running my test on a i4i.4xlarge instance which has up to 25Gbps network bandwidth.
I have the same code snippet, one is just for standalone s3 test, one is inside my big codebase, and I configure the throughputTargetGbps to 25. The standalone test shows great throughput like ~ 22 Gbps, but another one is only 7~8 Gbps. But the test code is exactly the same, not sure is there any conflict, is there any good way to profile this, stuck at finding the root cause...
