bug: no suggestions from Amazon Q

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Expected behaviour

when i write code in vs code, it gives a prompt like no suggestion from amazon q . it never works and never suggests anything at all.

Actual behaviour

it should understand the context of the current code file and suggest my next line of code.

Steps to reproduce

open a vs code
install q plugin
login
create some ts file
start writing code and when you hit enter , it should atleast show suggestion for next set of code
