Shared invoicing tool

Currently, we generate invoices by downloading a Pages file that @aaronj1335 made and modifying it for the latest meetup details. I'd prefer we use a Google doc or some other shared online tool. Thoughts, @aaronj1335 and @rmurphey?

Yea seems like anything would be an improvement, but I don't have good ideas if the top of my head, so whatever works for me
