[Feature]: GitHub Action to run auggie #100

What would you like to be added?
When augmentcode leaves review feedback on a PR it would be great if we could also instruct it to implement the suggestion as part of a GitHub action. I find myself often having already moved onto another task and now in another branch. So I have to stop locally what I am doing to then do the same things locally on the old branch.

Why is this needed?
It would improve my workflow to be able to handle all augment review changes within Github itself so it is more easy to work on multiple things at once
