Add support for binary key values #369

Currently the AtClient put for binary values and getBinary is "to be implemented".

- Port 2e15 codec implementation in dart for Java.

- Add support in AtClientImpl for put methods with binary values.
- Add support in AtClientImpl for getBinary methods
