Rename this repo

There's no need to have a magic name for a GitHub pages site anymore, and the website won't be hosted on GH pages for much longer (😉) so we should rename this repo.

I propose either astropy.org or astropy-website.

astropy.org web page maintainers are @hamogu , @dhomeier , and @eteq , so probably up to them.

What do you mean? I thought @eteq has some DNS thingy somewhere to host it. Are you all coordinating on this transition?

I am pretty neutral about astropy-website vs. astropy.org – the former is more in line with other subrepo names, but the latter immediately tells what it is about.

I prefer astropy.org. It is self-explanatory. As long as we never change that domain name.
