delete SQL statements doesn't work in sqlite-vec

I ran three SQL statements in DB Browser for SQLite.
The SELECT and UPDATE succeeded, but the DELETE doesn't work.
What might be the problem?

I think i found the code that causes this problem, sometimes ,rc return SQLITE_OK instead of SQLITE_DONE, so i change the code :**if (rc != SQLITE_OK && rc != SQLITE_DONE)**

Hey, I tried to reproduce this but couldn't find a failing case — tested deleting by rowid, full-table delete, text primary key tables, auxiliary columns, WAL mode, UPDATE-then-DELETE sequences, etc. and everything works as expected.

Looking through the code, every sqlite3_step call in the delete path is already checked against SQLITE_DONE, so I'm not sure where the SQLITE_OK/SQLITE_DONE confusion would come from.

Would you be able to share a minimal repro — the exact schema, the DELETE statement that fails, and the sqlite-vec/SQLite versions? An error message if one is returned would also help narrow it down.
