Request: Adding more options to PacmanConfiguration

Hi. I was wondering if we could add more pacman.conf configuration options during the installation process, in addition to the existing Color and ParallelDownloads.

I have already implemented it in the branch pacman-config in my personal fork. For now, I have already added ILoveCandy and VerbosePkgList (these are the ones I use currently) and I the same approach as the option ParallelDownload (they're visible only using --advanced flag.

Let me know suggestions and feedback.

Additional configurations are fine BUT they should be somewhat relevant for an installation and not just nice to haves for a new system. So adding configuration options for all possible config values https://man.archlinux.org/man/pacman.conf.5 wouldn't make any sense, they should be chosen very carefully.

I will close this for now as this isn't really asking for any specific config to be added but a general request which isn't ideal to know when it would be considered completed.
