jquery autocomplete hit does not work in .html file

I install aptana 3 plugin for eclipse juno, .js file can get jquery hit prompt, but in html file, cannot get jquery hit prompt. how can I do or configure? e.g. $(document).ready() can effect in .js,but no effect in html file.

some snippets like .load is output like this:

}});
while the other snippets is output correct:
.each(function(index) {

});
