JavaFX Maven Archetype defaults to outdated JavaFX version

What happened

I want to create a simple JavaFX Maven project. The project wizard suggests to use

javafx-version 13 
javafx-maven-plugin-version 0.0.4

Both versions are years old, javafx-21 and plugin-version 0.0.8 could be safely used.
Same probably applies to the FXML Archetype.

lets bump those for NB 31. The archetype itself isn't ideal since it sets all three javac flags: source, target and release. It would only require release these days - but I haven't found a better one.
