FYI: sqlparser was last released to crates.io about two month ago, but the associated sqlparser_derive was last released about four months ago.
Can they be released together for the upcoming version, or maybe update/push the version of sqlparser_derive that is associated with the v0.62.0 tag? (I'm waiting on the fix made in #2219 to land; I can pin to the tag, but would be good if the actual releases matched 👍)
