VM provisioning falied.

i have set up cloudstack on my on-prem server with management server and host on same server. While provisioning VM it fails immediately giving the below error.

No destination found for a deployment for VM instance {"id":22,"instanceName":"i-2-22-VM","state":"Stopped","type":"User","uuid":"5cc42ccd-11d3-4fa4-b2e6-3bf448cb262c"}

i have checked there is sufficient space (primary, secondary storage)

What could be the issue ??

i checked the logs right after provisioning a VM and could find the below error and message.

But as i showd in my ss above there is enough space available on my server. Below is how i have set up primary and secondary storage on the same server.
