是否支持SO_BINDTODEVICE

在多IP的服务器上，发现TX流量经常汇聚到一张网卡上。

创建channel时，除了能通过connection group创建tcp stream，还需要SO_BINDTODEVICE指定具体设备，客户端自己做网卡的负载均衡。
