Commands that span multiple lines cause UI display issues

Description

After installing the semgrep MCP server, if you type “/” in the dialog box, you'll see the “/semgrep” command, but this command spans multiple lines. If you use the up and down arrows to navigate through the commands, once you reach “/semgrep,” you have to press the arrow keys several times before you can see the commands below it, and the last few commands do not appear in the command list box.
