[FEATURE]: Add OpenCode Cowork Mode

I really like OpenCode as a coding agent, but I think it could become useful for a wider range of professional workflows.

Currently, OpenCode is mainly focused on software development tasks. It would be interesting to have an optional Cowork mode where users can work with folders containing different types of files (documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.) and ask the agent to analyze, summarize, organize or transform this content.

For example:

• analyze a folder of project documents;
• summarize multiple files;
• extract information from documents;
• create structured outputs.

The goal is not to replace the current coding workflow, but to provide another workspace mode for users who want to use OpenCode as a general AI assistant.
