Support for `\plan` command?

Hi! I saw in README, we have

Shell command, file change, permission request, MCP tool call, terminal output, reasoning, plan, web search, image generation, image view, token usage, and review events.

so it seems \plan should b e supported, but when I used it in Zed, I got this

My installed ACP is the latest 1.0.0

As zed-industries/codex-acp#182 has been closed, I open the issue here.

We still need to implement the /plan command, but in ACP "plan" can also refer to the todo list, which we support (codex ALSO calls this "update_plan" tool, hence some confusion)

Really miss ability to switch between plan and default modes in codex-acp! @benbrandt Can you take a look at PR #193 from @ehsanahmadkhan525?
