Support codex profiles

If Codex's --profile option could be supported, that would allow starting a Grok/GLM proxy with minimal configuration using Codex.

Thanks for the request. We looked into this, and codex app-server does not currently accept Codex’s --profile option, so codex-acp can’t faithfully pass this through yet.

The right long-term fix is app-server support for profiles, after which codex-acp should be able to plumb it through with a small change.
