Verify Group Assignment settings

All(?) Labs and Project Parts should have the appropriate Group Assignment settings.

Did some serious investigative work and found out that I straight up didn't set up the project groups lol... (all the assignments & group sets were configured, but the groups within the group sets hadn't been...)

All the project groups are working now, but re-opening issue to set up Lab Groups as well (will do this in Lab this week after confirming with students)
