[NFR] SawitCore doesn't comply SawitDB main Phylosphy `Zero Bureaucracy (Zero Deps)`

I saw that SawitCore depend on several external dependencies , I think it is doesn't comply with SawitDB main phylosophy **Zero Bureaucracy (Zero Deps)**. Bringing external deps through Cargo could facing version conflict of interest. Would you plane to redesign with internal built-in crate modules?
