New pypi release, and create a conda-forge recipe? #47

It would be nice for people who want to install the latest version if they could just conda install WolframClientForPython. The easiest way to have a conda-forge recipe is to just point to a pypi release, but the latest pypi release is 1.4.0 from June 2024.
