+  The organising decision is that **a review IS a comment with a rating**: one `comment` table with a
+  nullable `rating`, so a blog comment, a product review, a star with no words and a vendor's reply
+  are one primitive with one moderation queue, one spam path and one admin screen.

+  - **Attaches to anything** through a subject-provider registry (`Tiger_Comment::registerSubject`,
