[Bug]: invalid opcode, unable to boot to the display manager on Devuan Chimaera with 7.2.8

What happened?

If I install VirtualBox 7.2.8, I can't get to the GUI login screen, just a black screen. I tried updating extensions, all the different video display types, nothing works except reverting back to 7.2.6 (even when it was running the 7.2.8 extensions). One thing I noticed is the ones that don't work log:

You don't get the invalid opcode with 7.2.6

How can we reproduce this?

Try booting 32bit version of Devuan Chimaera. The updates are somewhere in between, if I update to the latest, it corrupts shared folders.
