Bug Description

Seemingly any item containing any data components can't be translated.
This causes 1.21.1 and 1.21.11 (probably all versions in between) clients to be kicked when an item requiring translation is loaded (being dropped on the ground, added to the inventory, present in an open container, etc).
Items that don't require translation (because they exist in both versions), even containing data components, cause no issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load a vanilla 1.21.1 client
2. Load a fabric 26.2 0.19.3 1.1.2 server with the following mods:

• Fabric API 0.158.0+26.2
• ViaFabric (26.x) #52
• ViaBackwards #773

3. Connect to the server
4. Run /give @a minecraft:sulfur[minecraft:item_name="example"] in the console

Additional Server Info

Server is Fabric.
Minecraft Version: 26.2
Fabric Loader Version: 0.19.3
Installer Version: 1.1.2

In all tests, mods were Fabric API, ViaFabric and ViaBackwards. ~5 combinations of builds from modrinth were tested and one with last successful builds from jenkins. In all tests, the behavior was identical although packet IDs and error messages differed a little.

Client is Vanilla.
Versions 1.21.1 and 1.21.11 were tested.
