Separate Reinstall SteamOS button from factory reset

I have had to reinstall SteamOS on my device multiple times (for reasons that are my own fault) and I always get anxious I might accidentally have the remove user configuration and files option enabled, so I would appreciate it if there were a separate reinstall SteamOS button. thank you.

hello @MSMissing this is already setup in 3.9

when you click on factory reset

You get two options with toggles

Clear User data and ReInstall Steam OS

I know, I just worry that I might have clear user data enabled, and I would prefer it to be a separate option to reinstall SteamOS.
