Hi, I am attempting to build a reference UCP server via MCP transport and the:

• Samples
• SDK
• Conformance tests

Are all not on the latest version of the specification after nearly two months.

Describe the solution you'd like

Updated samples, SDK, and conformance tests to aid / validate proper implementation of the latest UCP spec.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N/A

Additional context

I got into contact with some folks on the UCP team and they suggested I open an issue for this.

Thanks for reporting this, we've been discussing a better way to keep these tools updated and an RFC was opened here: Universal-Commerce-Protocol/ucp#484
