[DateTimePicker]: first key stroke on the input is ignored

Bug Description

In DateTimePicker, when the value is updated manually via keyboard input (not the selection pop-up), the first key press does nothing to the entered text, and the caret automatically moves to the end. Second and further key presses work as expected.

Hello @VictorHumanist I was not able to reproduce the issue with the described steps and the provided information can you please check if the be more specific on the steps for reproducing the issue and maybe a chrome version. I have tested with Version 145.0.7632.160 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the issue did not appear.

I tested in multiple browsers with the same results:

• Chrome Version 146.0.7680.72 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Firefox 149.0b6 (64-bit)
• Edge Version 145.0.3800.97 (Official build) (64-bit)

To reproduce the issue, I just try to type anything anywhere into the input. The first key press always results in caret moving to the end, with the input value unchanged.
