Comment sidebar - add emoji not working

What’s broken?

We can add a emoji from the buttons on the top right, but adding a emoji from the buttons under is not working, Something seems to intercept the click.
I noticed as well we need to click twice before having the emoji picker to open.

What did you expect to happen?

• Have the emoji picker to open on the first click
• Have the emoji to appear
