my config:

i added "animal_eggs", "exotic_saplings", "flowers", "mushrooms", "seed_crops","soil" but it still dont work... the settings are mostly default, this is the only thing i changed cuz even with default nothing is working.

Since your market is completely empty, it looks like something else is wrong unrelated to the enabled optional presets.

However, when I try the same configuration with only Farming for Blockheads installed, the market shows the items just fine for me.

It seems your issue may be caused by another mod or data pack.

If you're still looking at what caused this, it's mcpitanlib-3.4.3-1.21.1-neoforge. Having mcpitanlib alongside farmingforblockheads breaks the market leaving it empty. Was having the same problem.
