[Feature Request] Shizuku support to bypass being used as vpn / Add OpenVPN support #530

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I want to be able to use this and Tailscale or other vpn's at the same time. This app achieves the most practical tracker and internet blocking of any app, but I can't use it with a vpn.
Describe the solution you'd like
I've seen ShizuWall do this but I find it severely lacking compared to TC. I don't know if it's limitations are because of Shizuku, but if not, then I'd like to see if TC can support shizuku to get around the VPN issue.
Alternative solution
Integrate Wireguard and OpenVPN into TC so TC and VPN's can run simultaneously. Similar to this issue "Chain TrackerControl with other VPN services, such as ProtonVPN #61 " More specifically the comment:
Could it be considered to solve VPN similar way as ReThinkDNS + Firewall does it?
Supporting Wireguard and OpenVPN inside TC would completely solve needing a vpn other than TC, in case shizuku cannot be used in this way.
